    I found an image of a cel from the Master File intro! It was on a italian fansite, and the edges are a bit pixelated, but that could just be cause it's an old jpg. It is a new high quality image that i haven't seen before which confirms that there are or did exist cels from the intro

    God, I keep googling about the credits for Cagliostro, and now I find out that original opening credits in the 2006 Manga dvd release sucks since it's a bunch of still images instead of fully animated

    oh dear, been looking at getting started with blu ray and now I'm really tempted to pre order the complete series RGU Blu Ray cause it's much cheaper then buying it later, but I don't even have a blu ray, but Utena is my favorite anime, but I haven't watched it in years what if- AAAAAaaa

    A used PS3 is a pretty cheap bluray player and you can use it for games too as a bonus, and for the future, all Discotek releases will only be Bluray, so for future Lupin collection you’re probably going to want to just bite the bullet and go with bluray.

    Thank you for that tip! Yes, Discotek is def a part of why I'm considering getting a blu ray. We actually got my older sister a blu ray cause our old dvd player broke and you can't really find new dvd players in store anymore, so Blu ray player it is.

    Thankfully if you get the PS3, it plays both :kar_fiat: and as far as Discotek has said, they can’t actually find people who are willing to print nicer DVD boxes etc anymore, so they’re moving to all Bluray, for every release in the future, though some aren’t being upscaled much (which they’ve called Standard Def Bluray)

    I binged Lupin III Shansei today and was fucking dying at the guy playing Lupin just saying random catchphrases or his own name like a Pokemon: "Lupaaaaan Sanseeei".
