How it feels researching Lupin merch:
I finally watched Cagliostro as a treat to myself (cause there's been some shit) and it was good! I def think watching a lot Lupin media beforehand has dampened it's impact. It's a shame cause I think kid me would have loved this movie, and it sucks that it's become so obscure behind other Miyazaki films. I don't know how many people in my country know of this film.
Seems TSM has struck again on another Lupin channel. MrImmortal1231, who has posted a lot of Lupin clips over the years, channel is gone.
lol just got my Cagliostro DVD (uk) and my mom commented on the cover with Lupin grinning, thinking he looks crazy: Vad är det för en typ? basically What kinda weirdo is that?
My second hand Blu Ray works! Long story short, but the playerdidn't didn't want to eject when I first got it, so after fixing it a lot, I replaced the drive belt, but then it also needed to be updated so it could play Blu Rays, (which is kinda bs, but lucky the update is still on the og website) so I had to buy a USB drive. The seller was kind, and gave me my money back.

I've never looked up some of the translated lyrics of early Lupin songs, but a lot of them are surprisingly depressing according to DeepL? Especially the ed of part 1 that's like

People will joke about creating OCs and scenes w/o ever writing anything, but that is me with fandom works. I only posted my first fic online last year, but I have so many wips and at least two Lupin wips that I'll probably never finish cause I run out of steam.

I found an image of a cel from the Master File intro! It was on a italian fansite, and the edges are a bit pixelated, but that could just be cause it's an old jpg. It is a new high quality image that i haven't seen before which confirms that there are or did exist cels from the introAttachments
God, I keep googling about the credits for Cagliostro, and now I find out that original opening credits in the 2006 Manga dvd release sucks since it's a bunch of still images instead of fully animated
