    Nothing too serious, Just wanted to come & say Life has just been busy, & I need to focus on other parts of my life right now, so I won't be active on the forums for the foreseeable future. The Lupin fandom has been very welcoming and fun, & I'm glad it's been a part of my life, have a happy new year :bean:

    I've hinted at it a bit, but I'm doing research for a Fuma Conspiracy related project, and I found the booklet for the Japanese dvd. It's modeled like it's a game manual, it's so cute. Most of the info seems to have been adapted to the 2007 Discotek dvd, but still a nice find

    Oh, it's more of a "what if these famous Swedish voice actors did a dub for Cagliostro?" rather than a fandub. Kinda like those Headcanon voice videos you see on YT, but I might make that video.

    in an alternate universe where TMS had money and proper budget management... Fuma Cosnpiracy would be one of the most popular Lupin movies with tons of merch and blu ray releases and Murusaki is globally considered the best Lupin movie girl to exist.

    Instead TMS desperately tries to pretend the movie doesn't exist like we're in Ba Sing Se and it doesn't seem like we're getting an English ReDub either anytime soon.

    I think bringing back Fuma's Lupin for Zero is a sign that they're ready to start showing it a little love. I hope that it gets a nice English Bluray someday! A redub would be awesome too, it certainly doesn't seem impossible!

    I'm still surprised that Cornelia has a doll made. I know she's from a season finale, but she's still a really obscure character. Even Cap from part 1 (Poon's fucking henchmen) has a Doll from that same line, who the hell would wants that? :loop_laugh:

    I finally watched Cagliostro as a treat to myself (cause there's been some shit) and it was good! I def think watching a lot Lupin media beforehand has dampened it's impact. It's a shame cause I think kid me would have loved this movie, and it sucks that it's become so obscure behind other Miyazaki films. I don't know how many people in my country know of this film.

    My second hand Blu Ray works! Long story short, but the playerdidn't didn't want to eject when I first got it, so after fixing it a lot, I replaced the drive belt, but then it also needed to be updated so it could play Blu Rays, (which is kinda bs, but lucky the update is still on the og website) so I had to buy a USB drive. The seller was kind, and gave me my money back.

    I'm finally watching Hbomberguy's ROBLOX_OOF.mp3 video and I'm getting flashback for when we tried to solve the Ecpar Goemon mystery on the forum (note: I'm not comparing Ecpar to Tommy Tallarico, cause I think Epcar made an honest mistake meanwhile Tallarico is doing.... whatever the hell he is doing)

    I've never looked up some of the translated lyrics of early Lupin songs, but a lot of them are surprisingly depressing according to DeepL? Especially the ed of part 1 that's like

    People will joke about creating OCs and scenes w/o ever writing anything, but that is me with fandom works. I only posted my first fic online last year, but I have so many wips and at least two Lupin wips that I'll probably never finish cause I run out of steam.

    I've found that learning to finish things is just as hard as learning any other skill lol it takes a lot of practice. And we usually practice starting a fic lot more than we practice finishing a fic..

    I've found a second hand Blu Ray for about 60 usd, Hopefully it's gonna be good condition for the price. I'm just reminded that I hate last second bidders lol
