How come whenever Pluto TV plays part 2 the BGM suffers having 2 different tracks play or the same song is being played twice? It's really annoying.

I know this is a longshot, but does anyone have/can make that scene from the The Bills That Came From God where Lupin stepped on Jigen's foot (stepped or kicked, can't remember) for making monkey jokes (on that pic Zeni was showing them)?
