When you make a post you can click this pull down menu for prefixes.
Then you can choose the prefix that suits your post.
For example; you use Spoilers for posts that spoil a plot.
Use Trigger Warnings for content that might be upsetting. Warn users what to expect in your post title and please keep anything sensitive to the NSFW boards.
Use Languages to make a post in a language other than English. Just ask mods if you need a language added to the prefix list
