The PlutoTV app has parts 1-5, TWCFM and the first five TV specials subbed on both a dedicated channel and on demand! It’s literally how I started watching so I gotta give them a shoutout LOL

Recently found this to add to the list! People in the US, if you get a local library card, many libraries now have a phone app called Hoopla where access comes free with your library card! And they have lots of comics and books and audio books and movies! For the moment they have two Lupin films available to borrow from the library. Castle of Cagliostro and Jigen’s Gravestone!

Ooh Libraries! There's also an app called Libby that some libraries are on, but my hometown library card expired so I can't check it. If someone else wants to look for me that'd be great.

(Also good to just, check your local library's physical collection in general. I was curious and turns out mine has both Cagliostro and The First on DVD for checkout!)

there's a English dub & original rip of Lupin III farewell to nostradamus on Youtube. just look up "lupin III tagalong troll" it is a full hour. and I love Farewell to Nostradamus's aniamtion style (It is like a 90's caroon) so go check it out.

Those aren't necessarily legal, those are in a grey area, where, their existence is less than legal, but it is not illegal to watch them.
You can actually find a lot of the Lupin movies on Youtube in this fashion, but they're not necessarily "legal" they're in that murky grey area.

Apparently, TMS has a youtube channel (Called "Anime! on TMS Official Channel") and as of two weeks ago, the English dub of Prison of the Past is available to watch. Not sure how long it will be up, but here it is.
