Hello!!! I made a google drive folder preserving a lot of Monkey Punch's art! There's still a lot to work on, but it's at a good point where I can show it to the public. I hope this will be useful for everyone.

Monkey Punch Art - Google Drive

There's also a transcript of the short story "Lupin III, the Dream-Eating Adventurer," check it out, it's a really cool read.

So what will happen to the galleries in this site?
I'm considering either updating it or deleting them, since I'd rather manage one thing rather than multiple at once to prevent things from getting messy, I think I'll make a poll about this.
(Edit: nevermind i can't make polls on replies i guess you guys can give your opinions on it in this thread.)
(Edit 2: I have deleted all of the albums except for the volume cover ones, i just think it looks too nice to get rid of.)

I wouldn't mind the gallery being replaced with the google drive but I am also of the opinion to keep things easily accessible to as many people as possible and back up sources in case one goes down.

Unfortunately, that does make things harder to update if, say, you find better quality versions of an image. Ultimately, it's up to you and if it's more convenient to only have the google drive, have at it!

Hey, Peater! I recently found out about a radio drama released in 1972 that seems to have art made by Monkey Punch.

Tsushi has already uploaded an album of the artwork on the forum, if you're interested.
Hello!!
I remember seeing the cover of that radio drama on the lupin wiki, but I concluded that might've not been MP's art but a really good imitation of it done by another anime staff perhaps.

It's all based on assumption though and I may be really wrong. Is there any info or source about it that might point to MP being the illustrator for that album? I'd be glad to put it in the drive but currently I have some suspicions.

It only seems to credit Monkey Punch for creating the original work
This illustration does seem to be based on one of MP's drawings though, but it's not an exact copy

Yeah, I wasn't sure since the artwork wasn't credited anywhere on the record, so I just assumed since I think one online database credited the art for Monkey Punch. But I don't think anybody is properly credited on the actual record according to translators I've used.
