Lupin III SNES game fan translation/remake discussion

I've once had an idea for a fan translation or a remake of Lupin III Densetsu no Hihou wo oe (Lit: Lupin III: Hunt for the Legendary Treasure) for the Super Famicom or SNES since I've seen not one single fan translation of that game.

The reason why I said remake as in fan remake was because I thought about the possibility of Jigen, Goemon, Fujiko, and Zenigata as playable characters as you can only play as Lupin in the original game so I thought that would've be interesting to add replayability. They can even have their quirks as to how they play.

That would be really cool. Same for the puzzle one with the clock tower. I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head, but they even had costume changing for Lupin in there to get past Zenigata. Sadly since not all of it was translated and the puzzles were all based on Japanese puns and idioms, it kinda' needed an answer guide to make sense of most of it XD

Been meaning to go back and play that again sometime.
