its called when the wind blows. thank GOD I wasn't born in coldwar times in england. not that I care too much for my home country anyway, always loved america more. what with freedom, and burgers, and no sugar tax and they have twinkies here. (I am a sugar addict and even with my pay grade back in jolly old london, I wouldn't be able to indulge as I can here socialism be damned if I can't have my weekly fancy chocolate and pastry binge on the weekends.)
