2024 Belated One Year Anniversary

Sorry I got to this over a month late, but I wanted to acknowledge this milestone. The forum has lasted a whole year (and then some!) and that's mostly thanks to you guys. I love seeing people making art and sharing love for Lupin.

I'm still working on options for fic posting that isn't as clunky, I'm looking at maybe having a file downloading option, maybe allowing people to post PDF versions of their fics. That would allow Royce and I to host our Lupin games here too!

I will update you all when/if that becomes a thing. It would require spending a bit more for the add-ons to the forum software so I would want to ask those folks who contributed to the funds if they feel like the expense is worth it. I like to try to be transparent about these things!

Thanks again to every single one of you for a full year of keeping this forum alive with your contributions. I loved our Advent Calendar project and I think we should totally make that a yearly tradition

I only just got into Lupin and found the forum, but I was desperately glad to realize that it existed when I went looking for fandom spaces! Thank you for making this place.

As a Person who is on the Internet to much, I also really appreciate this Forum, I have so much fun here and really enjoy chatting with everybody about Lupin or doing the weekly Art Promps, which make a lot of fun.
I also have to say that this is one of the most wholesome groups I am currently in. XD

For now I think we'd be able to cover it with savings from the initial investment! I had to put 60 down last month for the yearly website costs, but I think add ons wouldn't cost more than we have! I just want to be sure I keep people informed on what the money they donated is spent on. It's looking like our best option though and I'll update about the file downloader thing when I can
